Green Beans

Green coffee beans are the unroasted seeds of the Coffee plant.

These beans undergo a transformation during the roasting process where they develop the familiar coffee flavors, aroma, and brown color associated with the beverage. Their characteristics significantly influence the final taste and quality of the brewed coffee.

Extra Premium Coffee

Our Grade 1 coffee, is the crown jewel of our Nepali coffee company. Grown in the high-altitude regions of the Himalayas, this blend is a harmonious union of exquisite Arabica beans. Carefully handpicked by skilled local farmers, these beans undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure only the finest make it into this grade. The result is a coffee that exudes sophistication and complexity. With a medium roast profile, the Blend offers a vibrant flavor palette of bright citrus notes, complemented by a delicate floral aroma. Our Grade 2 offering, is a testament to the rich coffee heritage of the Sindhupalchok region in Nepal. These beans are carefully sourced from select farms in the Sindhupalchok Valley, where ideal microclimates and attentive farming practices contribute to their exceptional quality. This grade features a medium-dark roast that delivers a bold and robust coffee experience. It is characterized by its deep, full-bodied taste, with prominent cocoa and nutty undertones that are perfectly complemented by a subtle hint of spice. The low acidity and long-lasting finish make this coffee an excellent choice for those who enjoy a bolder, more intense cup.

Regular Coffee

Our Grade 3 coffee,represents the more adventurous and rustic side of Nepali coffee. Sourced from the lower-altitude regions near the Terai plains, this coffee carries a unique story and flavor profile. The beans are exposed to the monsoon winds and rains, which impart distinctive earthy and woody notes to the cup.
